VF Corp. announced that Steve Rendle, its chairman, president and CEO had stepped down. Benno Dorer, a lead independent director of the company’s Board, was named interim president and CEO. Michelle Gass, CEO, Kohl’s, announced she would step down early next month to become the president of Levi Strauss & Co. Levi’s said Gass would start work and join its Board on January 2.
