NRF: BTS And College Spending To Reach $82.8 Billion

Total spending for K-12 schools and college combined is projected to reach $82.8 billion, nearly as high as last year’s $83.6 billion, according to the annual survey released by the National Retail Federation and Prosper Insights and Analytics.

June Retail Sales Up 4.2 Percent Over 2017

June retail sales were up 0.07 percent seasonally adjusted from May’s strong performance and increased 4.2 percent unadjusted year-over-year as economic growth continued despite the U.S. trade war with China and other countries, the National Retail Federation said Monday. The numbers exclude automobiles, gasoline stations and restaurants.
