Blizzard-Tecnica hired ski industry veteran Geoff Curtis as national sales manager, responsible for leading the company’s independent sales reps toward furthering brand growth.

“We are really excited to welcome Geoff to the Blizzard-Tecnica team,” said Topher Plimpton, Blizzard-Tecnica business unit director. “I am confident that Geoff’s comprehensive experience and fresh perspective will be invaluable to Blizzard-Tecnica, our reps and our retail partners.”

The role as national sales manager is a full-circle move for Curtis, who, after competing in Division I skiing at Middlebury College, started his career with the former distributor of Blizzard Skis in 1993. The company said that since then, Curtis has “immersed himself in the hardgoods world from regional promotions with Tecnica/Volkl to marketing at Volkl and, most recently, as the VP of marketing at Marker Volkl Dalbello.

“Blizzard-Tecnica has a strong reputation in the ski industry, and I am excited to join this dynamic team,” said Curtis. “I am looking forward to leveraging my experience to contribute to the continued success and growth of these iconic brands.”
