The 2010 PGA Fall Expo is returning to the Las Vegas Strip with new
August dates (Aug. 16-18) that coincide with the apparel industry’s
“Fashion Week” and a move to the upscale Venetian Resort &
Convention Center to position the annual golf marketplace right in the
middle of MAGIC, MODA, MRket, and ACCESSORIES: The Show events.

Show
organizers said that while the new dates and a new venue offer golf
retailers an opportunity to take advantage of key timing for apparel
introductions and buying strategies, the PGA Fall Expo will continue to
offer the popular programs that attendees have to come count on
including more than 200 participating vendors from all sectors of golf;
indoor and outdoor product testing of the latest equipment and aids; the
complimentary education conference; career fair; three industry golf
tournaments; and free industry reception.

“Positioning the 2010
PGA Fall Expo in the heart of Fashion Week at the Venetian was designed
to benefit all who come to our West Coast event – exhibitors, PGA
Professionals, retailers and industry leaders alike,” said PGA Golf
Exhibitions Group Vice President and General Manager Ed Several. “The
PGA Fall Expo will continue to provide the ideal venue for sourcing,
networking, equipment testing, education and product discovery during
the second half of the 2010 business cycle, and will serve as a West
Coast springboard for business in 2011.”

The annual event will
begin with the Outdoor Demo Day and three Industry Golf Tournaments on
Monday, August 16, at the award-winning Revere Golf Club, a premier Las
Vegas golf destination located 20 minutes from the strip in Henderson.
Revere Golf Club is the holder of Golf World’s 2010 Reader’s Choice
Award; Golf Digest’s 2008/2009 Best Places to Play (4 ½ stars) and Golf
World’s 100 Best Golf Shops 2009 Winner. Leading golf vendors are
expected to participate in the Outdoor Demo Day and tournaments
providing attendees with real golf testing experience of the latest
products.

More than 200 golf vendors will present and demonstrate
their latest merchandise in new, upscale, all-inclusive exhibit
displays at the Venetian Resort & Convention Center on Tuesday,
August 17, 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and on Wednesday, August 18, 9:00 a.m. –
3:00 p.m. PGA Golf Exhibitions, The PGA of America and the Association
of Golf Merchandisers will continue to collaborate on a comprehensive
education program offered to attendees at no cost, Aug. 17-18, both on
the show floor and in adjacent Venetian meeting rooms. PGA Professionals
may earn up to 20 MSR Credits for their participation in the PGA Fall
Expo events and complimentary education programs.

The PGA Fall
Expo Career Fair returns in 2010 after a successful debut last year to
provide golf employers and attending professionals with continuing
opportunities to network and source golf industry employment
opportunities. Professional networking remains a valuable asset of any
industry gathering and the PGA Fall Expo counts many programs designed
for this within its schedule including the popular Industry Welcome
Reception returning the first night of exhibition events, Tuesday, Aug.
16, at the popular TAO Las Vegas in the Grand Canal Shoppes of the
Venetian.

The PGA Fall Expo during Las Vegas “Fashion Week”
emphasizes participation value in a compact, timely show schedule with
the latest golf merchandise from more than 200 top vendors; exclusive
PGA Fall Expo vendor specials; a no-cost Education Conference;
complimentary Career Fair; indoor and outdoor product testing of the
latest equipment, training aids and game accessories; plus professional
networking events throughout the three-day event including three golf
tournaments and the complimentary Industry Welcome Reception
