Arc’teryx, the Canadian outdoor apparel brand, plans to open a store in on 17th Ave. S.W. in Calgary in spring 2018, according to a report on retail-insider.com.

’47, a privately held global sports lifestyle brand, announced a partnership with Northeastern University Hockey, effectively immediately and continuing through 2020. The Boston-based brand will provide the official off-ice headwear and apparel for both the Men’s and Women’s hockey teams.

Sporting Goods Stores Sales Rebound in November

Retail sales in November increased 0.9 percent over October on a seasonally adjusted basis and were up 6 percent year-over-year unadjusted, according to calculations released by the National Retail Federation.
