Westcomb retained Base Camp Communications to handle its public relations and brand communications moving forward. Base Camp will develop a brand communications campaign for Westcomb that helps show why Westcomb’s approach to the outdoor apparel market is distinctive and how the growing apparel manufacturer is pioneering new technologies and unique designs.

The longer-term campaign will build on the successes Base Camp’s project work for Westcomb, which started in early 2007, as well as on Westcomb’s recent accoloades in the industry, which include a 2006 ISPO ‘Brand New’ award, two 2007 Polartec APEX Design Awards, and 2006 APEX Design Award.
