Walther Arms has hired Rob McCanna as VP of sales, shown bottom right. The company said McCanna’s background and experience will further Walther as the performance leader in the industry. In this role, Rob will lead all sales planning and execution. Walther said in a release his “hands-on leadership promotes collaboration and demands accountability which has led his teams to be strategic thinkers and to see the “big picture.”
Rob has worked his way up throughout the industry, holding numerous positions during his career. He has built a broad array of expertise in sales, marketing, product management, operations, and finance. His resume includes 15 years in a variety of executive sales roles with Remington Arms including senior vice president, global sales and marketing. Following Remington, McCanna joined Orca Coolers where he served as president for two years.
