traser H3 Watch USA/mb-microtec has named watch industry veteran Tony Aliffi as its vice president of sales effective June 1. Aliffi is based in the Atlanta Metro Area and will report directly to the company’s vice president of the board in Switzerland.


“Tony is a highly accomplished and seasoned sales and marketing executive with experience in new business development and sales management,” says Ralph Thuler, traser® H3 Watch Company’s Vice President of the Board. “He has an exceptional track record in achieving business goals and recruiting and developing high performance sales and business development teams.” 


Prior to joining traser® H3 Watch USA/mb-microtec Aliffi spent more than 25 years in sales, marketing and account management positions representing several leading watch manufacturers to a wide variety of retail and wholesale channels of distribution. Over the years he served as vice president of sales for Luminox/Mondaine, where he organized, hired and trained the company’s national sales force; and successfully opened and managed national accounts. During his tenure at Luminox/Mondaine, Aliffi increased business and expanded distribution into jewelry, department stores and specialty retailers.  He personally created and managed programs for key accounts; and also organized and coordinated national and international trade show exhibitions. From 1992 to 1999, Aliffi was director of sales for Precise International/Wenger where he was responsible for sales and marketing activities for the company’s multimillion-dollar watch business.  


Aliffi attended the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management in Nashville, TN and has completed several other professional business courses. He has won numerous awards including Supplier of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year.
