According to a regulatory filing, Acushnet Holdings Corp., the parent of Titleist and Footjoy, will appoint Sean Sullivan as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 1, during its Board of Directors meeting.

In connection with his accepting the employment offer, Sullivan informed the company he would resign from the Board, effective June 1.

In the regulatory filing dated March 24, Acushnet reported that Thomas Pacheco, its current executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief accounting officer, is resigning from his position, effective June 1 to pursue other interests but will remain with the company in a transitional role until August 15. Pacheco’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the company.
