Hydrow appointed Laura Lang to its board of directors, and Diana Cino was named senior vice president of marketing and sales.

Lang is the founder and managing director of Narragansett Ventures. Previously she was the CEO of Time, Inc., a division of Time Warner and one of the largest branded media companies worldwide. She also led Digitas as global CEO moving the business from direct marketing to a data-driven digital industry leader. Her public board and committee experience includes the VF Corp., Oscar Health and Vroom, Inc. She currently serves on several private growth company boards ranging in valuation from $50 million to $1 billion.

Cino was the vice president of marketing at Bevi, where she spearheaded the marketing launch of Bevi 2.0, led a rebrand and expanded customer verticals during COVID. Before Bevi, she was the director of marketing at Wayfair and strategy and product implementation at GoHealth. She is a longtime volunteer for The Philanthropy Connection.
