Famous Footwear opened a 350,000 square foot distribution center this week that will service about one-third of the chain's stores (300 stores). According to reports, the new DC will accommodate 32 million pairs of shoes a year.
The center currently houses 75 employees, and will likely add 40 additional jobs in the near future.
