The Wacoal Sports Science Corporation (makers of CW-X Conditioning Wear,) has signed an agreement with Big Bear Sports to be the brand's new distributor in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The move will introduce CW-X to the Irish market, which will join the brand's existing markets in the U.K., U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
CW-X is currently sold exclusively through the Snow + Rock chain in Great Britain (including the Harrods and Dublin stores), and will now expand throughout the U.K. in specialty retail channels by Big Bear Sports.
Big Bear, based in Middlesex, just outside London, has a strong portfolio of specialty outdoor sports performance brands including Cloudveil, Mountainsmith, Sidi and Spyder.

Wacoal Sports Science has been issued numerous patents for CW-X technology – 11 in the U.S., 16 in Japan and nine in Europe. CW-X has been extensively tested and proven in competition by Olympics medalists, cyclists in the Tour de France, and climbers on two separate and successful Mt. Everest expeditions.
