According to Hibbett Sports’ 10-K report, sales of Under Armour fell sharply at the retailer in 2017, while sales of Adidas more than doubled.
Adidas’ sales represented 11.0 percent of the retailer’s purchases in 2017, up from 5.5 percent in 2016 and 4.2 of in 2015.
Under Armour dropped to its third largest vendor, accounting for 10.8 percent of sales. That’s down from 16.4 percent of purchase in 2016 and 15.9 percent in 2015.
Nike remained by far Hibbett’s largest vendor, expanding slightly, to 57.9 percent of purchases from 57.0 percent in 2016. In 2015, Nike made up 57.5 percent of Hibbett’s purchases.
