Sports Warehouse To Pay $300,000 For Data Breach

Sports Warehouse, which owns the online sporting goods websites Tennis Warehouse, Running Warehouse, Skate Warehouse and Tackle Warehouse, will have to pay $300,000 in penalties to the state of New York and strengthen its cybersecurity measures after being found liable for failing to protect 2.5 million consumers’ personal data, according to a statement from New York’s Office of the Attorney General (OAG).

Deckers Brands reported net sales increased 7.5 percent to $791.6 million in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31. On a constant-currency basis, net sales increased 10.2 percent. Hoka brand net sales increased 40.3 percent while Ugg brand net sales decreased 2.7 percent.
