Halara, the direct-to-consumer athleisure brand, founded in 2020 and headquartered in New York City, hired Gabby Hirata, most recently president and CEO of Diane von Furstenberg (DVF), as global brand president.

Hirata led DVF for three years. She previously held roles at Jill Stuart International, Adeam International and Ralph Lauren.

As global brand president, Hirata is responsible for elevating Halara’s brand identity, leveraging production technology and innovation and introducing nationwide offline brand activations.
