Camping World Holdings, Inc. has agreed to acquire Ashley Outdoors, a family-owned RV dealership in Salem, AL. The company expects to close the sale in the first quarter of 2023, adding to Camping World’s existing Alabama locations in Calera, Dothan, Anniston, and Robertsdale.

KMD Brands, Ltd., the parent of Kathmandu, Rip Curl and Oboz, announced that it had completed the process to hire an additional non-executive director to its Board.
