Twins ’47 has extended its licensing partnership with Major League Baseball Properties. The new five year agreement begins in 2010, runs through 2014 and includes extended product category rights for headwear and a strengthened brand position with MLB teams and retailers.

Twins ’47 headwear, lead by its signature cap “the Franchise”, is sold nationally in all major retail and sporting goods channels as well as Major and Minor League ballparks throughout the country.  Twins ’47 is among the leading licensees of Major League Baseball.

Twins Enterprise holds licenses with Major League Baseball, the NHL, the NBA and over 600 college programs. It is also an official licensee of  US Open Tennis, US Open Golf and multiple PGA Tour events. Twins Enterprise, Inc. operates the Red Sox Team Store and is the “Official Headwear Supplier” of the Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The company is based in Boston and Dedham, MA and employs 200 corporate and retail employees.
