Total Apparel Group, Inc., announced today that it has completed its audit process and filed its audited financial statements for the years ended Dec. 31, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, and the six month period ended June 30, 2010 with the SEC.
Concurrent with this action, the company filed a registration statement on Form 10 with the SEC, with the ultimate goal of having the Company's stock quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
