Sport Chalet, Inc. held grand opening celebrations for its new 41,000 sq. ft. store located in the Nut Tree Village Shopping Center in Vacaville, California. This location will feature an on-site SCUBA training pool and is the Company’s 42nd store.
A grand opening celebration and sale is scheduled for Friday, August 25th through Sunday, August 27th. Grand opening activities will include the Gale Webb Extreme Sports & Air Show, a fishing seminar with celebrated author, radio and television host Ronnie Kovach, sports demonstrations and free giveaways. On Friday morning at 9 a.m., members of the Vacaville City Council, Chamber of Commerce and other guests, along with Sport Chalet General Manager Ryan Bott, will kick off the festivities with a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony. The Vacaville Christian High School band will perform at the opening ceremony.
