Salomon Snowboards has re-located their International Snowboard Sports Marketing management to Salomon’s North American office in Portland, OR. Previously managed from Salomon’s Headquarters in Annecy, France, the move strengthens Salomon North America’s alignment with the global organization to better facilitate sports marketing initiatives and maximize impact with grassroots actions, athlete management, events and partnerships.

“North America is home to so much of the snowboarding culture, there is no doubt this is the best home for us”, remarked Emanuel Krebs, Salomon Snowboard’s International Sports Marketing Manager. Joining Salomon to manage the International Team is Salomon Tech Rep and Mt. Hood Snowboard Team House Manager, Alex Pashley. Pashley’s new role as International Team Coordinator is based in Oregon and Colorado. U.S. National Team management remains the responsibility of U.S. Sports Marketing Manager Kale Gray.

The move further aligns Salomon’s International and U.S. Snowboard Sports Marketing efforts and adds manpower to a strong U.S. Snowboard Group whom includes U.S. Category Manager Tyler LaMotte, U.S. Sales Manager Greg Keeling, U.S. Sports Marketing Manager Kale Gray, and U.S. Sports Marketing Coordinator Laura Kernan.

“This makes it easier for Salomon Snowboards to build better synergies between International and U.S. Sports Marketing, product development, and sales development within our most important market,” added U.S. Snowboard Category Manager Tyler LaMotte.

Salomon International and National Teams include: David Benedek, Josh Dirksen, Scotty Arnold, Torah Bright, Chris Brown, Wolle Nyvelt, Annie Boulanger, Christoph Weber, Fabienne Reuteler, Christoph Schmidt, Jason McAlister, Kris Wilson, Justin Bennee, Kevin Casillo, Jeff Kramer, Joanie Anderson and JP Tomich.
