Quiksilver Inc. confirmed in a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, Andy Mooney was terminated from his job as chairman and chief executive officer. As reported, Pierre Agnes, who previously served as the company's president since October 2014, was promoted to CEO, effective Mar. 27.
Robert B. McKnight Jr., the company's co-founder and a current director, assumed the role of chairman.
