Santa Monica, CA, December 16, 2019 – Addaday, Inc. announced today it has been selected as the Official Recovery Tool Partner of USA Climbing, the United States National Governing Body for the sport of Competition Climbing, as the sport gears up for its debut on the biggest global stage in sport in 2020.

The new partnership brings Addaday’s award-winning technology to help U.S. National Team athletes recover from their demanding training and provide them with a competitive edge. Addaday’s advanced and comprehensive range of recovery tools – some tailored to the sport of climbing – will be available to athletes in the USA Climbing National Team Training Center in Salt Lake City and when the Team competes abroad.

Among the many tools that will help climbers stay in peak condition is the new Addaday IRONMAN BioChair, a total body recovery system that delivers targeted therapies to speed recovery and eliminate muscle and tendon injury; the Addaday BioZoom handheld percussion massage tool, will help climbers with myofascial release and blood flow for an even faster recovery; and the climber-designed Knot Bad Generation 3 (sold exclusively at REI) has hooks that ergonomically wrap around the back, neck and shoulders, easily targeting specific areas to release myofascial trigger points and restricted tissue.

USA Climbing will offer all of its members and affiliated gyms special offers on certain Addaday recovery tools and exclusive products throughout the partnership.

USA Climbing’s partnership with Addaday underscores the brand’s status as a world leader in recovery technology. In August, IRONMAN announced that Addaday as the Official Recovery Chair Partner of the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 U.S. Series; and earlier this month, the iconic Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run announced Addaday as its Official Recovery Partner. In addition, many teams and professional athletes at the highest levels of football, baseball, hockey and Olympic sports now use Addaday’s products for their recovery needs.

“Our trainer, coaches and athletes tested Addaday’s tools during a critical time at the end of our 2019 season and they stood out to meet the demands and unique challenges of our sport,” said Kelly Feilke, VP Marketing at USA Climbing. “No other brand offers as expansive a range of recovery products nor the specialist climber designed and tested tools that will help give our athletes the edge as we prepare for 2020.”

“We’re excited that an American-grown company will help American athletes recover with some of the most technologically advanced, climber-tested tools on the market,” said Victor Yang, CEO and founder of Addaday, Inc.. “No other recovery tool company is innovating as fast as Addaday and we look forward to working with USA Climbing to further tailor our technology to meet the needs of the sport and to help our athletes bring home some hardware next year.”

“Recovery for athletes is not optional, it’s a necessity. Treating both professional and amateur athletes every day, I have found that reducing lower extremity swelling and inflammation can be the difference between competing and being injured,” said Dr. Mike Venezia DC, Addaday Intelligent Technologies Expert BioMechanist and Resident Doctor of Chiropractic. “The BioChair’s dynamic leg and foot compression address this better than any device on the market; and the BioZoom delivers deeper penetrating vibratory relief to your tissue, decreases pain sensitivity and reduces swelling and inflammation.”
