Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. announced that following the filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has found the company in compliance with the Marketplace Rules and will continue the listing of Outdoor Channel Holdings' shares on the Nasdaq Global Market. On November 15, 2006 OUTD received a Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter stating that the company is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing as set forth in Nasdaq Marketplace because it has not timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
