Norcross Safety Products (NSP), parent company of North Safety Products, has acquired New England Overshoe (NEOS), a leading overshoe manufacturer for industrial and consumer markets. New England Overshoe makes NEOS brand overshoes, rugged all-terrain and industrial overshoes. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
John Greer, Vice President, Marketing for North Safety Products, Canada said, “NEOS brings us a unique concept of lightweight overshoes for the workplace that replaces the old rubber galoshes used in the past. It will fit very well with our Norcross line which includes Ranger(r) and Servus(r) brands. giving us a major focus in the protective footwear market.”
