Julbo’s U.S. operations center is relocating to a larger space in the Williston, VT area to accomodate growth.

The move is a commitment from the eyewear maker to proactively respond to the infrastructural needs presented from sales growth and product demand. Julbo also will expand its U.S. workforce as a result of the new move. The company will hire a full-time warehouse manager as well as several part-time employees. Julbo will begin shipping from its new U.S. headquarters beginning Jan. 3.

“This is an extremely exciting time for Julbo,” said Nick Yardley, CEO of Julbo, Inc. “Our new 6,200-square foot warehouse and office space will enable us to provide our dealers and customers with the exceeding level of service and product quality they can always expect from Julbo.”

Julbo’s U.S. subsidiary works in close concert with its France-based parent company, located in the Jura Mountains, to offer leading innovation in lens technology, protective mountaineer and kids eyewear, award-winning performance and travel optics as well as a versatile collection of technical wintersports goggles.

“We are confident that this relocation investment will help us achieve our mission and goals in the U.S. marketplace with high prospects for 2012 and beyond,” said Yardley.
