Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation brand IZOD has been named official apparel of the IndyCar and Firestone Indy Lights motor-racing series’, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Under a deal signed between PVH and the Indy Racing League, governing body for the IndyCar Series and Firestone Indy Lights, officials and staff working at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and for the Indy Racing League will wear IZOD apparel for the remainder of the 2008 season.


The deal also provides for promotional, merchandising and co-branding activities at race and other venues, as well as online.


IZOD is also sponsoring two drivers, Ryan Hunter-Reay of the IndyCar Series and Logan Gomez of the Firestone Indy Lights, as well as the Guthrie Racing Team, which competes in both championships.
