Following efforts by its unsecured creditors to block Huffys retention of KPMG, LLP as its independent auditor (see BOSS 0504 & 0506), Huffy has retained Marcum & Kliegman LLP. This new firm has been approved by the bankruptcy court and the Audit Committee of Huffy’s Board of directors.
