New Hampshire-based Thompson/Center Arms acquired Green Mountain Rifle Barrel Company, based in Conway, NH.
Building on this acquisition, Thompson/Center Arms further strengthens its vertical integration and development goals, including the exploration of new barrel materials and emerging calibers. This move comes on the heels of Thompson/Center Arms’ recent return to independent, family-owned status.
