Headsweats, a performance headwear manufacturer, is now the official headgear of the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships that will take place in Naples, FL from April 23-30.
As part of the partnership, Headsweats has created a full collection of pickleball designs. Each pickleball style has features intended to keep players focused on winning the next point. A built-in eventure terry sweatband keeps sweat off the face and a black undervisor reduces glare.
“We’re very excited to provide custom performance headwear for the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships,” said Mike McQueeney, president of Headsweats. “The tournament has taken off this year, and we look forward to watching the competitive play unfold.”
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S., with more than 2.5 million players. The tournament will see 1,200 athletes at its second annual event.
