Gregory Mountain Products became the Pacific Crest Trail Association's (PCTA) first Tuolumne Meadows Partner in 2012 by making a genrous contribution to the non-profit, which protects, preserves and promotes the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail.
The PCT runs from Mexico to Canada through California, Oregon and Washington, traversing some of the most beautiful wilderness in the United States. It is within driving distance of millions of people who live in the West’s biggest, fastest growing and most diverse cities. More than 1.5 million hikers and equestrians enjoy the PCT each year.
The PCTA, which engages more than 1,500 volunteers every year to maintain this national treasure, relies on the support of its nearly 10,000 members, as well as outdoor industry leaders such as Gregory, to keep the PCT open and safe.
“Gregory and the PCTA have a lot in common,” said Liz Bergeron, PCTA Executive Director. “Both have deep roots in California and both are committed to protecting and enjoying the most scenic wilderness in the West. The entire Pacific Crest Trail community thanks Gregory for its support.”
