Goody's Family Clothing, Inc. reported total sales of $106.8 million for the fiscal month of June 2005, an increase of 1.4% from total sales of $105.3 million for the fiscal month of June 2004. Comparable store sales for June 2005 decreased 4.5% from June 2004.
Total sales for the first five months of fiscal 2005 decreased 2.4% to $495.4 million from $507.5 million during the same period last year. Comparable store sales for the first five months of fiscal 2005 decreased 7.6% from the same period last year.
