Golf Galaxy, Inc. appointed Douglas C. Neve to the company’s Board of Directors effective June 15, 2006.

The company said it expected Neve to be appointed to the Audit Committee concurrent with the company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders on August 9, 2006. “We are very excited Doug has agreed to join our Board,” said Randy Zanatta, Golf Galaxy’s president, chief executive officer and chairman. “We believe his financial and accounting expertise, along with his outstanding leadership skills, will be instrumental in the continued growth of our company.”

Neve has been the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ceridian Corporation, an information services company primarily involved in the human resource, transportation and retail markets, since February 2005. Previously, Neve was a senior audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, an international public accounting firm, from June 2002 until February 2005 and an audit partner with Arthur Andersen, an international public accounting firm, from September 1989 through May 2002.
