Easton Hockey has announced the addition of Craig Ryan as VP of International Hockey Sales.
Craig Ryan will work out of Eastons Montreal, Canada office but will focus on growing Eastons international sales base, travelling extensively internationally to work directly with distributors. Ryan joins Easton with a diverse skill set that have developed his reputation as an industry leader with a strong understanding of the game of hockey.
“With the evolution of the international hockey market, its important to be dynamic in multiple areas of expertise. Whether it be product development, marketing and operations or having a sound financial skill set,” said Executive Vice President and General Manager Geoff Sadowy. “Fortunately for Easton, Ryan brings all of those assets to the company and gives us the potential to do great things in the hockey world.”
Ryan spent the last three years working for Reebok/CCM as the VPof Sports Licensed Division in 2006. There, he was responsible for all product development and sales and marketing for licensed properties in Canada such as the CFL, NFL, NHL and all hockey development leagues.
Ryan spent a year as Director of Sales of Sporting Good for Reeboks Canada division from 2005 to 2006. From 2000 to 2005, Ryan was the Director of Sales in Canada for The Hockey Company. Ryan brings nearly 20 years of experience to the Easton team.
