CamelBak has promoted John Rounds to National Sales Manager of their U.S. Recreational Division. Rounds will lead an experienced sales team into a phase of continued growth for CamelBak’s recreational division. He will be responsible for managing all of CamelBak’s field representatives and supporting key accounts for the company.

A former independent sales representative and Regional Sales Manager for CamelBak, Rounds brings to the position almost a decade of experience with sales and development of the company’s Recreational product line. “I am honored to have the opportunity to head up this sales team, a group which I have enjoyed working closely with for years, and to guide CamelBak in taking advantage of the market potential. It’s a brand that I have always felt privileged to represent,” says Rounds.

From 1995 to 2003, Rounds was an owner of True North Trading, an established agency that has represented CamelBak’s products in the mid-west territory. He was appointed Regional Sales Manger of CamelBak in January of 2004. Rounds, accompanied by his wife and daughter, will relocate to Petaluma, CA, for the position, which is effective immediately.
