The Boulder Outdoor Specialty Group (BOSG) hired Chris Miller as their East Coast Sales Director. Miller was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Summit Resource Group in Bozeman, MT.

As the East Coast Sales Director, Miller will be tasked with assisting a team of four dedicated inside sales managers for the New England, Mid Atlantic, South East, and South Central territories. Miller will assist with strategic initiatives to help grow sales and expand into new markets while working to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with current accounts.

“Chris has a long history of providing excellent sales support, direction, and strategy to a variety of outdoor and apparel companies and we’re looking forward to having him on our team,” said Kenny Ballard, president of the BOSG. “Chris’s expertise along with his ability to get results and grow sales will be an asset to all of our Boulder-based brands.”

As a member of the BOSG team, Miller will take an active roll contributing to the company’s strategic initiatives, product development and innovation, and the Boulder Group’s overall performance.

Prior to Summit Resource Group, Miller worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for WigWam Mills and the National Accounts Manager with LaCrosse Footwear.

An avid triathlete and winter sports enthusiast, Miller spends as much free time as possible recreating outdoors near his home in Belmont, MI.
