Big Agnes, announced the launch of its 3N1 Sleeping Bag series, an evolution in its signature sleep system. The series offers three sleeping bag configurations in one technical yet straightforward approach for versatility and temperature control.

“This is the only bag you need for three-season camping, backpacking and everything in between,” said Bill Gamber, co-founder and president, Big Agnes. “These ultra-lightweight, down-fill bags deliver comfort and versatility no matter your sleep style or temperature preference. If you camp in more than one season and more than one spot, you don’t need a quiver of bags; you need a 3N1.”

The sleep system consists of two sleeping bags, which can combine to offer a roomy, temperature-controlled sleep space for trips with variable conditions. The system’s outer bag features Big Agnes’ pad sleeve with RDS-certified DownTek insulation on top and soft materials all around.  The outer bag features two-way zippers on both sides for venting and easy access from top or bottom, hand-tuck pockets and a pillow barn for pillow storage. The outer bag is a packable yet lofty option for warm nights.

The removable, mummy-style inner bag mimics the brand’s Sidewinder sleeping bags, designed for side-sleepers and ergonomically contoured for warmth and to alleviate pressure points. The inner bag is suitable for hut trips, couch surfing and back-of-the-truck adventures; combined, the bags allow users to roll from side to side with offset quilted baffles to minimize cold spots.

Both bags are insulated with 650 fill DownTek, which repels water while maintaining insulating value, with bluesign certified, PFC-free water-repellent chemistry.
