Beretta, a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of a complete line of firearms, accessories and apparel, acquired the Victrix Armaments brand from Officina Meccanica Rottigni, an Italian company based in Cazzano Sant’Andrea (BG).
Victrix Armaments offers leading edge solutions in the field of precision bolt action rifles and related technologies. With this acquisition, Beretta broadens its position in the rifle segment and further expands its range of products and customer base.
Beretta will market the Victrix product lines – Victoria (competition) and Minerva (defense & law enforcement) – and will develop new solutions starting from a line of extreme long range rifles. These products will complement and expand the line of Sako and Tikka rifles already marketed by Beretta in the U.S.
