Amer Sports Group sold a factory in the French city of Rumilly to Ecologgia, according to Bike Europe.
Amer received 8 million euro in the cash transaction, according to the report. The sale for included five hectares of land and 35,000 square meters of buildings. Amer owns Salomon, Wilson, Precor, Atomic, Suunto, Mavic and Arc'teryx.
Bike Europe said that Amer Sports used the site for the production of skis, bindings and cycling components but closed in 2008.
