Mike Dowse and Michael White will continue to be members of the Amer Sports executive board, reporting to the President and CEO Heikki Takala.

“As Amer Sports has continued to deliver broad-based performance improvement, we now focus on re-igniting profitable growth also in Ball Sports. I'm pleased to have Mike Dowse, who is a strong leader with long track record, and importantly comes from the internal company bench, assume the role as Ball Sports President. Michael White, who now assumes the leadership for both our EMEA and Americas Regions, has delivered strong business results and strategic business transformation in the EMEA region, and I'm happy to have a proven internal leader being promoted to this larger role. The move with further regional integration also continues to follow our strategy to drive scale and synergies”, comments  Takala.
