Ahead has promoted Barbara Casagrande to the newly created position of vice president, operations. Casagrande joined the headwear company in 2015 and has served as its director of operations since that time.
In her expanded role, Casagrande will ensure that the employees working in its operational areas have the tools and clear communication necessary to perform their jobs, including customer service, creative development, manufacturing, and long-term planning.
“Barb’s leadership and acumen for setting priorities have had a tremendous impact on Ahead from the time she joined,” said Anne Broholm, CEO. “Her value to the company is being recognized with this promotion, and she is a key asset to our growing business.”
Before joining Ahead, Casagrande worked for Aramark Uniform Services, where she gained hands-on experience in all areas of operations.
Ahead is a headwear supplier to the USGA, PGA of America, PGA Tour, and Ryder Cup.
