Franklin Retail Solutions, a provider of in-store marketing and merchandising solutions exclusively in the Sporting Goods, Outdoor and Active Lifestyle industries, announced the promotion of Ginna Larson to senior marketing manager and Catherine Smith to client services manager.


In the role of senior marketing manager, Larson will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities of the company, including social media and public relations. Larson has worked for Franklin for seven years. She has her masters in marketing from the University of Colorado. Larson will report to Kristen Bailey, chief marketing officer for Franklin.


As client services manager, Smith will oversee a team of eight in implementing in-store retail marketing programs. Smith has worked for Franklin for two years. Previously, she was community manager for The Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics in Boulder.
