Gadzooks, Inc. announced that Carol Greer, President of the Carol Greer Associates retail consulting firm, has joined its Board of Directors, increasing its number of Directors to seven.
In her career, Ms. Greer has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Specialty Footwear & Apparel Division of Woolworth/Venator as well as Vice Chairman, Merchandising of the Broadway/ Carter Hawley Hale Stores, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Broadway Southwest Division of Carter Hawley Hale Stores, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Greer spent 19 years with Rich’s, a division of Federated Department Stores, serving in various positions.
Ms. Greer currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Loehmanns, a publicly traded retailer of designer and brand name women’s and men’s apparel.
