SylvanSport, the North Carolina maker of a versatile sports and camping trailer, said it had engaged Silver Steep Partners to serve as its exclusive financial advisor and review the companys strategic options.
The company’s flagship model, the SylvanSport GO, is a mobile camping trailer and gear hauler for outdoor enthusiasts that debuted at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in 2008. The GO can also be customized for military, law enforcement, and non-governmental agency work such as forward operating posts, crime scene command posts, medical stations, and disaster team recovery sites.
