Billy Casper Golf (BCG), owner and operator of golf courses in 25 states, promoted Katie Barongan to vice president of human resources with oversight of BCG benefits, payroll, employment law and employee relations.

Starting with BCG in 2002 as Human Resources Director, Barongan has steadily assumed more responsibility in a critically important area within the company, and has played a key role in the planning and execution of the HR functions to support BCG’s dynamic growth.  She implemented a new company-wide payroll system, negotiated healthcare policies, introduced 401K programs and created online employee-benefits tools for BCG’s 5,000-plus employees nationwide.  Barongan also conducts employee orientations and labor-law seminars at BCG properties.
