Hi-Tec Sports has extended its global long-term sponsorship agreement with World No.1 and 3 time World Squash Champion Nick Matthew.
A stellar 2013 season saw Matthew win his third world title and a return to the top of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Rankings. In December, the British No.1 was presented with the 2013 Outstanding Achievement Award by the Sports Journalists’ Association (SJA) and is considered to be one of England's key medal hopes at the Commonwealth Games this summer.
The 3 time World Champion will continue to collaborate with the sport’s leading footwear brand to develop a range of signature footwear, designed to the World No.1’s exacting standards to deliver the perfect balance of performance and comfort. In April, the company will celebrate its 40th anniversary and plan to unveil its latest cutting-edge squash footwear collection, to be used by the world’s leading player, alongside a celebratory dinner to be hosted by Founder & Chairman Frank van Wezel.
