The Woolmark Company, presented in partnership with Salomon, announced the prize winners and finalist concepts for the Woolmark Performance Challenge 2022. The Challenge combines innovative design and Merino wool for creative solutions for performance wear.
For the 2022 edition, the competition challenged participants to explore apparel next-generation head-to-toe running kits for long-distance mountain runners, focusing on the use of bio fibers and Merino wool.
With more than 191 universities from 25 countries participating in this year’s challenge, the ten most promising ideas were selected as finalists, with judges selecting three winners—Michael Orlow, Giulia Ciola and Chloe Jerolaman.
