Vail Resorts, Inc. reported it re-hired Angela Korch as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective December 22, 2022. She rejoins the company from CorePower Yoga, where she was CFO since May 2020, after spending more than a decade in successive leadership roles working in Vail Resorts’ finance organization reporting to CFO Michael Barkin.

“We are pleased to welcome Angela back to Vail Resorts as our new CFO,” said CEO Kirsten Lynch, Vail Resorts. “Angela is a strong leader with deep experience in our industry, a passion for our sport and a long history with our company.”

Korch began working at Vail Resorts in 2010, holding various roles, including vice president of corporate and mountain finance, managing financial and capital allocation strategies, core processes and having an integral part in integrating 32 mountain resorts. Before Vail Resorts, Korch was an assistant portfolio manager at Muzinich & Company.

Korch replaces Barkin, who announced his resignation in July 2022 to pursue personal opportunities. Barkin will remain in his role through January 1, 2023.
