Watchtower Firearms is expanding its Executive Leadership Team, appointing Jordan Davis as chief growth officer to help manage and drive the company’s growth initiatives. Davis is said to be a seasoned cross-functional management leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the sporting goods industry, a history of effective leadership, and a deep understanding of business functions, whether marketing, operations, or finance.
Davis was most recently Volcom for Volcon, Inc., a publicly traded, all-electric off-road Powersports vehicle company. During his tenure with the company, Davis led sales and business development in creating an international dealer and distributor network, resulting in over $100 million in open order demand. He also held the position of president for O. Mustad & Son, Inc. and VP, marketing & business development for Remington Outdoor Co.
