Vuori has opened a third store in West London on Chelsea’s King’s Road. The 3412-square-foot store at 18-21 Duke of York Square spans two levels and follows the San Diego, CA-based performance lifestyle brand’s other store openings in Covent Garden and Regent Street.
Andy Lawrence, SVP of International at Vuori, said, “We’ve been targeting a store on King’s Road since we entered the UK market and are thrilled we’re finally here. We’ve worked with our partners at Cadogan to find a great location where we could connect with the Chelsea consumer and be a part of this iconic street.”`
In-store, Vuori showcases products according to leisure, active and lifestyle for men and women. The shop’s lower level includes a studio and event space for wellness classes and other activities.
A central feature of the store is a commissioned art piece made with thousands of hand-cut bronze chain links forming a mountain silhouette, paying homage to the Vuori name, meaning “mountain” in Finnish. A central oak tunnel guides customers through the brand’s collections with a glowing circular fixture overhead mimicking the sun.
Continued Lawrence, “Opening this store represents a key milestone in Vuori’s expansion in the UK and across Europe, allowing us to deepen our connection with customers and the market.”
