Volvik USA, Inc., the golf ball manufacturer, named Young S. Shin president, following the death of his son, Don Shin, who had been president and CEO since the company was founded in 2012.
Don Shin started the company as a North American distributor headquartered in Orlando, FL and launched Volvik VIVID, the first matte finish golf ball. Over the years, Don Shin, along with a group of industry veterans including Jon Claffey, Jack Dillon and Rino Kim, helped to drive the business.
